DO YOU CATER FOR ALLERGIES?
Unfortunately we are unable to cater for any allergies at this moment in time. We work within a domestic kitchen that handles all of the 14 allergens, therefore we cannot guarantee that our bakes will not contain traces.
DO YOU MAKE ANY VEGAN ITEMS?
We currently do not offer Vegan items, however we may look into this in the future
DO YOU OFFER GLUTEN FREE ITEMS?
As things stand we cannot guarantee that our bakes will not contain traces of gluten so we do not offer gluten free items.
HOW DO I KEEP MY PURCHASES FRESH?
Cake Storage:
Please store your cake in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight in the box provided. Your cake is best kept in the fridge, especially during hot weather. Please remove cake 4 hours before cutting for maximum flavour. Consume within 2-5 days of collection and keep covered to prevent the cake from drying out

Cupcake Storage:
Cupcakes are best eaten within 48 hours of collection. Store in a cool location away from direct sunlight

Brownies/ Blondies:
Store in an air tight container for 7 days at room temperature or up to 2 weeks in the fridge. They can also be frozen for up to 3 months in the freezer if they have been wrapped.
CAKE COLLECTION
When carrying your cake, place both hands at the base of the box to support the board and cake. Your cake should be transported on a flat solid surface, such as a car boot or a footwell. Please ensure you travel in a cool vehicle and drive carefully.
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED TO ORDER?
We get booked up quickly, so please give 4 weeks notice when you order a cake to avoid disappointment. Occasionally we still have space last minute so we may be able to squeeze you in if there is less than four weeks notice. Please note we do charge a rush fee for last minute bespoke cakes. (£15).

For our smaller bakes we require 1 weeks notice.
HOW DO I SECURE MY BOOKING?
When placing an order for a bespoke cake we require a 25% deposit for booking to be secured. We will hold your requested date for 24 hours, however if payment is not made within this time you may loose your date.

For our other bakes, we require payment upfront to secure your booking.
